Long conversations, or several hours a day of talk time, with a phone pinched between your shoulder and head can lead to some serious stress and tension in your shoulders and neck.
Be Loud or Be Quiet
Use a speakerphone. Of course, you run the possibility of disturbing your coworkers. But hey, you got the use of your hands...
