If you work in an office, chances are you use the telephone several times throughout the day. Many of us make our living "smiling and dialing". But we still need to use our multi-tasker!

Long conversations, or several hours a day of talk time, with a phone pinched between your shoulder and head can lead to some serious stress and tension in your shoulders and neck.

Be Loud or Be Quiet

Use a speakerphone. Of course, you run the possibility of disturbing your coworkers. But hey, you got the use of your hands...

Your best solution is to use a headset. They free up your hands for multi-tasking and your neck and shoulders will thank you afterwards!
